This week I have a few things on my list.

1. Finish setting up my office at home.
2. I shall be visiting 4N Ware.
3. I will be writing 100 hand written letters on different coloured card and delivering them to some local businesses.
4. Will be doing some research on my next venture of opening a leaflet delivery business in Ashford.

Yes, on a private note I also need to unpack and put away 70 more boxes of stuff and cut the grass.

oh, and I may go to the beach to sit and think for a few hours if the weather stays nice.

My challenge is different in that, with three businesses, it is not me that will take them forward. I need to find ways to encourage, support, underpin the efforts of a total of 9 other people on whom my success depends.

That is what I enjoy most, and do best. I look forward to tomorrow.

I am on a sales & marketing course with NABO tomorrow (apparently they will give me a £10 Amazon voucher and lunch) and I shall be finding where Redditch 4N now meet (let's see if I get lost).  I also need to finish my 10 FAQs - I have written 8 so far and they need to be sent to the magazine this week, need to pay some invoices too and go to the post office to bank some cash, some of this will be done on Tuesday when I shall also hit Tesco to get my fiver off (thank you Daily Mail) and in the afternoon I have an appointment in Clarins Spa.  Wednesday I am at the eye hospital for clinci and a field vision test so Wednesday afternoon I shall be mainly sleeping.  Thursday I shall be travelling to Forest Row nr Ashdown Forest for a long weekend chilling with mates and will be back on Monday night.

I'm out Tuesday till 10am with 4N.  Tues avo, in two hour meet.
Thurs, meeting chum from London and in eve going to do sit in on surgery session for charities and on Fri going paintballing, subject to getting my work in progress done. 

I've got monies to invoice and invoices to pay.  Normal week, except it is 4N on Tuesday, which is difficult to squeeze in, ohh and the friday thing, which I will try to go to, but may not if i'm too busy..

I think this is not a quick fix for me personally. Its opening up a lot more possibilities and ideas which equals more tasks to do.

Sorry was too busy to post a beginning... following on from very successful class I taught on Monday and interacting with delegates yesterday I have a new class to write...  to get them to do more with online marketing opportunities and how to compare their sites with the competition to ensure they use every opportunity open to them... and maybe find some more..

And my car needs an MOT...

 Update:

1. Furniture has been set up and am currently writing this email from my desk. It is a complete mess with books and paperwork everywhere,but I'll get it sorted.

2. Ware: lets not talk about that one.

3. I went and bought some fancy card to write on and have been messing about with the wording, so the actual writing will probably slip until next week, but the wording will be ready by the end of this week, so I will be happy with that.

4. Have done some research and have firmed up a few plans and will be launching this sideline in a few weeks time one the family are back.

oh, haven't cut the grass yet, it looks horrible, I have not been able to find the extension leads yet, only another 25 boxes to search through.

lol left grass cutting to Frank... he has lopped my jasmine and onion sets.... not impressed...

I did the sales course - today I need to finish the FAQs and send them to posh mag and sort out an advert with an offer for same mag.  Need to pack my case ready for tomorrow - need to take new toy in the hope that someone will be able to help me set up email etc (I tried today and got frustrated!).
